When you make a purchase through Stan Store, Substack, or any other checkout page, your payment is securely processed via Stripe or the relevant platform.

We do not have access to your full credit card or bank details — only the transaction confirmation required to deliver your order.

  • Email & automation: Substack, ActiveCampaign

  • Hosting & online learning: Kajabi, Mighty Networks, or similar

  • Accounting & administration: external accountant or bookkeeper

  • Communication: Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoom

All partners act as data processors and are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Some of these partners are based outside the UK or EU.
In those cases, we ensure compliance through adequate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
